I think the Browns and Jets are subconsciously phobic about success.

The Bengals, on the other hand, just don't' care, winning is nice, but running a smooth profit margin is better.

They have some nice parts..... Good receivers, a proven running back (if he can stay healthy), terrific corner, some playmakers on D, etc.

But in my opinion they took a big step backward in the coaching department. They had two terrific coordinators last year and now they have an unproven staff.

You're right. It's 11:59pm, so not official yet. Everything I am seeing is saying he is out.

I think you could almost say the exact same thing regarding the Bengals, who won the division last year. This year is going to be a crapshoot.

This non participation in the draft by the Bengals should surprise nobody. We'll pick up a low end free agent or two in April, and bank on the draft to improve. It's just how we roll. We'll spend to the floor, and no more. At least we have been drafting much better the last 3-4 years. Before that we were a poor drafting, non free agency participating loser. Lets just hope the good drafting is a trend and not an aberration. We are after all Bengals fans. It's our lot in life.
