The Raiders seem to love guys pas their prime. Martin was good a few years ago, but I think injuries have taken their toll on him.

I would say we are only on day 2 of FA. Can we really judge things so far? They haven't overpaid at this point but I mean with some of these contracts being hadned out to terrible players I can't blame them for not going big at this point. The next wave of players signed will be deals that are much more in line with the play on the field.

I’m not saying we have to break the bank for below average players but we have a big need on the offensive line and haven’t signed anyone and a big need on the defensive line and haven’t signed anyone. We could’ve gone someone like pole the Panthers just signed and he would help us, or Sheldon Richardson wants 15 million a year and he did really well with the Seahawks last year why don’t we pay that sure up the DL.

How many Day 3 free agents are going to make a huge impact on a team?

I don’t know, what’s too expensive? We were supposedly all in on Cousins, that fell through. Our D line is suspect as hell. Suh, is an asshole, but he’s still a damn fine player. I have questions if this coaching staff could keep their thumb on him. But he would fill our weakest position on D

That and the Dolphins are still paying him for his current deal. He's doing plenty good in the bank account and we do have some money to throw at him.

I sorta think Suh should sign a one year deal worth a chunk of change, then sign one more big contract next year with a good deal. Guy will really be raking in the dough if he does that.

Some of the "experts" said he was not a fit for the 3-4. He is a 4-3 DT.
