Belichick was in Alabama at the Tide Pro Day yesterday. Haven't heard if he's back yet. I do know he will be back by tomorrow for all of the guys who are supposed to be coming in to Foxboro. CSNE was the one reporting that CJ was coming to Foxboro tomorrow. I heard that the Pats made him an offer, so maybe he was coming in to speak directly to Bill.

I haven't heard anything more.

Sorry I should correct myself here. I was mislead a bit on this. Adam Schefter did not say it is a matter of when he will be traded to the Broncos he just said it is a matter of when he will be traded. No team was mentioned. A Broncos reporter took it a step further. So don't go buying your Kaep jerseys just yet.

The NFL network was working the hell out of every potential landing spot for Kaep earlier today. They're even having a hard time keeping things interesting because the signings aren't very interesting.

I think so far most of the signings have gone just about how they figured other than Osweiler to Houston so now the QB situation in Denver probably is one of the top stories. Amazing how quickly things can get boring though. Yesterday was a flurry of information and hard to keep up and now we have entered into that time where a few things will happen each day but not anything ground breaking until the draft.

Miami has made a 4-year offer to CJ Anderson. the Broncos now have 5 days to match or he will become a Miami Dolphin.

Beat me to it.

Glad it was the Fins do you know the details on money?

4 years is not what I was hoping for to bring CJ back.

Nothing on the contract value yet other than knowing it is 4-years. My guess though is CJ Anderson is gone. Watch for the Broncos to then go grab Alfred Morris very quickly. So far no action on him which is a bit surprising.

Why do you have to hurry in FA?

I meant it would not surprise me to see the Broncos look at that deal and say thanks but no thanks and then move on and grab a guy like Morris who has played in a similar scheme and would probably cost less than that.

I still think we draft a RB like Booker early and sign everyone's favorite Foster. We will see. CJ 4 years 18 mi, isn't awful, but fact that we low tendered him tells me we are probably ready to move on. He is pretty banged up for 4 plus mil a year, not being a special RB and at a position that isn't tough to replace, granted we haven't really had a great consistent run game for years.

I told you so.......Miami lost Lamar Miller and certainly didn't want CJ in New England. Not bad, $4.5M per for 4 years.

That is about what I would expect on the open market for him so decent signing if they do get him. Right now I wouldn't be surprised either way of us keeping him or letting him walk to Miami. Seems like the Broncos especially are cleaning house on the offensive side of the ball which was a dumpster fire this last year.

At this point offensively at least starter wise (started at least 1 game) they are losing

Manning
Osweiler
Hillman
Anderson
Vasquez
Mathis
Daniels
Harris

Doesn't surprise me as like I said our offense was down right terrible this last year. Kubiak is looking for guys that fit his scheme much more than some of these guys or at least is trying to get younger than what some of these guys were.

Hard to believe that you would low tender a guy then pay him 4 plus mil a year.

Plus CJ is probably a bit upset by the low tender to start.

I would be surprised if we matched this.

Got our eyes on something else at RB.

Just say DEVONTAE BOOKER! :yes::yes::yes::yes:

At this rate - the 2015 Denver Broncos payroll was really worth about $500 Million.

Signs of a great team... Like New England a great franchise, will fill the next man in.. This is where Elway could really leave his legacy as a GM.

Cedric Thronton to the Cowgirls.

Chiefs like expected, quiet in FA, but have done well bringing back their owns guys.

Rod Streater visiting the Patriots.

Sean Weatherspoon visiting the Falcons (his old team)

Nobody visiting with Denver.

Guessing we have our eyes on visits next week when the hot contracts cool off, like we did the last two years.

Make that money Elway!
