All I can find is a number of ballots in a very R-leaning county were misprinted missing a mark needed for the machines to read properly.

As is the process for any ballot not machine redable, the votes were duplicated to proper forms under the eyes of both republican and democratic poll watchers so they could be counted. And have been.
