They didn't make the tie long enough (can't believe none of his close advisors have informed him on how stupid it looks).

By the way, I would like to thank @thedddd for putting 'Video Killed The Radio Star" in my head - That hit by The Buggles was a staple on MuchMusic in their early years.

A California environmental official challenged President Donald Trump to believe and follow the science on climate change after Trump suggested that record-breaking temperatures in the state would cool down on their own.

“It’ll start getting cooler. You just watch,” Trump said after Wade Crowfoot, California’s secretary for natural resources, urged him and others not to “put our head in the sand” and simply ignore the warming climate.

Trump’s remark during a roundtable in McLellan Park, California, on the wildfires that have engulfed huge swaths of the state, generated laughs from some of the participants.

But Crowfoot responded: “I wish science agreed with you.”

Trump, with a smirk, shot back: “OK, well, I don’t think science knows, actually.”

A digital ad released by a fundraising arm of the Trump campaign on Sept. 11 calling on people to “support our troops” uses a stock photo of Russian-made fighter jets and weapons.

The ad, which was made by the Trump Make America Great Again Committee, features silhouettes of three soldiers walking as a fighter jet flies over them. The ad first appeared on Sept. 8 and ran until Sept. 12

That’s definitely a MiG-29,” said Pierre Sprey, who helped design both the F-16 and A-10 planes for the U.S. Air Force. “I’m glad to see it’s supporting our troops.”

He noted the angle of the aircraft’s tail, the way the tail is swept far back, and the spacing of the engines, along with the tunnel between them.

Ruslan Pukhov, director of the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies in Moscow, confirmed that the planes are Russian MiG-29s, and also said the soldier on the far right in the ad carries an AK-74 assau

A guy who thinks that soldiers are losers and suckers AND turned a blind eye to reports of bounties being placed on his military has no real legs to stand on when it comes to calls for "supporting our troops".

But for him to use a photo of the equipment used by the country who placed the bounties on their heads in a call to "support" the troops is an extra level of fuck you from Donnie Two Scoops.
