It's about the athletes performance in the game....So no, it won't effect Brady's induction either...

Didn't we just have a few posts about how the NFLPA is spending millions in legal fees to fight for these players for unfair suspensions? I would say if they went to a 1-year suspension the only way that works is if both the NFLPA and the NFL agree to it and since that would mean some major loss of wages I just can't see the NFLPA going for that.

Well then both sides need to stop preaching the integrity of the game/unfair advantage...Hypocrits.

Its the NFL, It does not matter if he actually cheated or not. It looks like he did and the NFL already stuck their neck out so it is a done deal he will be guilty. The only question will be how guilty. The truth does not matter in the NFL, only how the league looks matters.

WTF is wrong with these players, say an avg NFL career is 5 years, 10-15 years for a stretch, put the shit down, grab all the millions and retire early mid 30's and puff away. Most of us have another 30 years to work after that

Could be that his was more for a missed test than actually testing positive. It is still a violation but maybe not looked as bad upon as that of testing positive for drugs.
