non-throwing shoulder, I'm betting he is back in 6 weeks.
As for Dez, I don't know exactly what he had done but I had a surgery where they had to break the most outside bone in my foot, the long bone that runs along the outside edge, right near the pinkie toe joint. They cut it, rotated it a bit, then put two tiny screws in to hold it in place. I'm no NFL athlete (surprised, I know) but was in a boot for exactly 6 weeks. Was nonweight bearing for the first week, then just walk in the boot while keeping it on 24/7. Exactly 6 weeks after the surgery they xrayed it and said I was good to go. Put my shoe on and awkwardly walked out and started rehab becuase of limited mobility.
So I'd say if he got a graft he will be able to start working out in 6 weeks and will need at least 3 to get flexibility back or he will tear something. Also, his training staff is tons better so maybe he has some mobility work he can do during the 6 weeks.

I don't think our defense is as good as it looked yesterday. I think it is good, and much improved, but PHL's ineptitude really made our guys look better.
Our OLine better clean up its act though, as Weeden won't be able to sustain drives if he is always in 3rd and long because of holding and offsides. The refs need to get their act together as well. I recall one play where the flag came out at the snap and I thought it was offsides because it came out so fast. But it was a hold. OL didn't even have a chance to engage yet and already they were called for a hold. Refs sucked last night, but Dallas has to be smart enough to adjust to pussy refs like that. Much like a batter or pitcher has to adjust to a certain umpires strike zone.
