Eggs on the left don't look too bad overall, just a little overdone. They still look good enough to eat, but it would be disappointing. Eggs on the right are perfect.
The eggs on the right will be dry once they are done cooking.
I eat the fuggers raw a lot.grilled hot dogs > boiled hot dogs
If I make a casserole, that thing gets baked and stuck in the fridge overnight after it cools.
Worth the wait. If you get too hungry, there's always cold hot dogs.
Do you like your fried eggs over easy or nasty and dry?
I like mine over medium. Not a fan of the whites being slimy, but i dont want the yolk overcooked, either
Over hard
Slimy whites are nasty, over easy is cooked white, but uncooked yolk. I don't like any of my yolk cooked.
With scrambled eggs, if you cook them to where they are still shiny when you take them out, it has more of that really good yolk type taste, which blends really well with the butter.
This topic reminds me of trying to get my wife to eat medium rare steak. She hated it until she actually gave it a good try, now she eats it medium rare. And she wouldn't touch my eggs for awhile, and she still takes mine out a little earlier than hers, but I notice her eggs are getting shinier and shinier as time goes by.
It's easier to fry them. And to bake them in the oven.
