How about this @SteelersPride @Manster7588 @dbldwn711 @jerseyhawksfan79

We will cease to debate this because I googled and emailed the top 5 NFL agents and said this...

“The cap mandates 1st round picks sign 4 year contracts with a team option for a 5th year. Does that 5th year mean rookie 1st round picks actually have signed 5 year contracts or is it a 4 year contract”

We will see if any have the time to respond. Deal?

PE1 is mentaly retarded. Its as simple as that. Eventually we will all grow bored of him consistently ignoring every logical persons attempts to explain it to him. Once we get tired of beating a dead horse snd stop posting the same shit over and over sgain, PE1 will post the same link that has been proven fraudent many times, then when nobody responds, he will claim victory. Its is modus operandi.

Jarntt agreed with me too. I don’t know why you click “bull shit” on my above post. If I’m wrong I’ll 100 percent say I was completely and utterly wrong. We will see if any have time to respond to my email.

For the sake of not combing through 37 pages of a thread, can someone tell me what's the argument here?

Again, the fact that I was wrong it doesn’t change or disprove my point. Because there was one drafted at the very last spot over 45 years out of over 700 picks is completely insignificant and meaningless. Was I wrong? Yes. I missed one of over 700 in 45 years.
And I didn’t say first round and you know it cause you’re being a prick

We are arguing over the point if rookie 1st round picks sign 4 year deals or 5 year deals.
I say 4 because it’s stated contractually that rookie first round picks all sign 4 year deals
Others are saying it’s a 5 year contract because the team does have an option for a 5th year

Every player selected in the first round of the NFL Draft will automatically have a Fifth-Year Option added in his contract. This option cannot be separately attached to the player contract.

4 year contract for the player, 4-5 year contract for the team since it's their decision.

We already know. There is no waiting period dum dum

If you say so. Jarntt agreed with me too. I just don’t understand how the cap contractual agreement says all rookie 1st round picks are mandated in signing 4 year contracts means I’m an idiot. I think it means I’m right

The 5th year option is in the contract the player signs. If you can prove otherwise I'll admit you are right.
