Dude. First off, Fuck you.

Second, it's a 3 year deal, if it fails, it's a clean flush of the toilet on the entire organization.

Third, at least he doesn't get hurt every year like Wentz does and according to some sources, he's a dick.

Dang dude, eat a snickers

So you'd rather have an overpaid chump like Cousins than a possibly hurt stud like Wentz. Enjoy your continued lack of titles.

Is this not a business?

Sure it is. But it doesn't send a great business model to potential future employees if the guy that accomplished the greatest thing in the history of your team gets railroaded because "it's a business".

Foles managed to play Wentz level ball for 2 games. Teams win championships, not singular players. Tom Brady didn't hold the Rams to 3 points.

I'd trade Cousins for Wentz in a second. I got a little bit triggered and I'm sorry about that. I just didn't see the need for the random cheap shot.

He did it this year too. He should have beat NO and you know it.

Sure, so should the Falcons. But that doesn't take away from what "Big Dick" Nick accomplished for your franchise. Don't fuck him with the tag and trade when you're getting a 3rd comp back for him anyways.

Wait, Foles spends $20 Million to get out of Philly? What will @PhoenixEagles1 do?????
got 2 mil for not signing:suds:
Nick Foles declined his $20 million option, making him a free agent.

Foles bought back his freedom temporarily for $2 million. The question now becomes whether the Eagles will answer back and use the franchise tag in an effort to trade Foles. The endgame at some point will be Foles donning a new uniform in 2019. It’s just a matter of how he gets to that. He’ll get a multi-year deal.

it was nice how the eagles did right by him by giving him that "bonus" he was close to at the end of the season, then tagged him to take their money back

If I'm not mistaken the Eagle org actually doubled their $ by this two bit move.
