he WILL be very very good.
the issue is, he thinks the snazzy stuff that works in junior will work up here.
he has the confidence (and attitude0 that goes with his domination in junior, but adjusting to this level will take some time.
Doing all of that under the microscope of MTL media is a tall task.

but he will be a heck of a player.
having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if he bought himself some more press-box time after that last giveaway.

i've only seen him in the NHL so i'll reserve judgement on his future.. but as of now i'm not seein it... but based on what you're saying, i'm thinking he needs some more seasoning.. maybe a little time w/ hamilton?

Bob played a very solid game, IMO. The third Montreal goal was atrocious, no one is going to argue that. But the Flyers were badly outplayed for much of the first 40 minutes; Bob was the main reason they were even in the game.

And WOW. Fabulous night from the Carter line.

Good games Flyer fans.

Overall I was pretty happy with the Habs play against a good team (I was against the Redwings too) but after the game was tied they played awful.

ya their love affair with subban is ridiculous.. he's not even good

Haven't you ever been excited over a young player before? Defensemen are rarely great right away, how many NHL games has PK even played? Who knows how good he will be, but writing him off now or wondering why his home fans like are both silly IMO.

Subban is a rookie, whats Spacek's excuse? I'd have Subban and Weber over Spacek on the depth chart.

nah.. we're flyers' fans.. we're cynical as fuck

aside from that though.. it seemed like if he was skating with the puck the fans stood up and the TSN pxp guy raised his voice.. then he'd dump it in.. that kind of stuff i do not get.. excitement is one thing, but that's a little overkill IMO
