Can't believe a Flyers' fan is complaining about the refs in that game. You guys got more than your share of terrible calls.

As to Boudreau earlier, no, I don't think he's going anywhere b/c I think the Caps are going deep this year.

In any case, went to the game on half-priced scalped tickets and ended up sitting next to the Capitals' radio play-by-play guy (1974-1997) and Hockey Hall of Famer Ron Weber and his wife. Both very nice people and Ron had his Hall of Fame blazer on, which was pretty cool in and of itself.

Now back to work...

Yes, we got plenty of PPs, but those do not justify having a delayed penalty stand even when a goal was scored. If the Caps make the playoffs or get something with 1 extra point, your'e welcome

I'm not impressed with the Capitals at all. I dont even see this team being relevant if it wasnt for the powerplay. I'm just surprised we didnt start over time with another 5-3 again.

The only call that was completely unnecessary was Hartnell's poke at the goalie, almost at the same time as the whistle. I know Hartnell is known for the late stuff, which is probably why he got called on it, but you have to play the whistle. His poke at the puck was not late. It started a scrum because of Mike Green, yet we get the only penalty. Unacceptable.

Side note, I think the is the only penalty we actually off off so it's kind of moot
