Rinaldo has top be a star somewhere in here we play a much better and more agressive game when he plays as opposed to sitting back and doing nothing like the Devil game that he missed.

1. Hartnall with two goals getting us going in the first period.
2. Giroux with the awesome OT game-winning shot that was completely unbelievable.
3. Emery. After a shaky first couple of minutes came alive to put a very good game in goal.

1) Claude Giroux - His OT goal was incredible, played so many minutes tonight
2) Scott Hartnell - When they were down 2-0, he got them back and made it 2-2
3) Sean Couturier - He did a strong job shutting down the main guys tonight

It's an insane number, especially when you consider that it's six minutes and change higher than his season average. Of course, the way he's playing right now, I'd put him in whenever he wanted in. Given his compete level, that's going to be very often.

With Berube's straightforward approach on this team and the chemistry it has engendered, Giroux's leadership intangibility is a very needed on the ice. Since he is widely accepted amongst his fellow players and coaches as such, it is also a contributing factor for the high minutes. When a guy is this good and is the captain on a team with great chemistry, any coach will put the guy out there for a large number of minutes. Sort of like Bobby Clarke who I did see play.

3) Michael Raffl - His speed was great tonight and that goal he scored was fantastic

1- Claude Giroux for doing nearly everything right-scoring goals, winning face-offs, etc.; Vinny Lecavalier for getting us going in the scoring column in the first.

2-Hartnall and Simmonds for adding to the goals and especially the Simmonds goal in the third-just made 'em pay.

3- Mase was pretty darn good tonight and his third period was stellar as he had some multiple saves to steal the momentum from Toronto.

Honorable mention to Rinaldo for just bangin' the krap out of the Leafs nearly every chance he got.

Let it be noted that it is absolutely criminal that Gus has been scratched. If Kimmo is re-signed over Gus...

Kimmo is still important to this team, they should cut a few minutes from him to keep him fresh but by no means does this mean Kimmo should be gone
