Still losing to a bad FCS team too. Can't imagine the committee is going to want this team in the playoffs.

I think that FSU could beat Florida and Louisville with Rodemaker but would the committee still see FSU as one of the best 4 teams. Obviously it depends on how the other games play out. For example, if Bama beats Georgia, the committee might likely consider both Bama and Georgia in the top 4.

Bad deal all around.

Wasn't a big believer in that team, but they simply keep winning.

Good enough to beat the 'Ville in the ACC Champ Game? Maybe.

Still a lot of football games left, and key matchups. FSU is in if they win out.

FSU QB broke his leg
and that sucks. hope he can fully recover.

but this deserves some discussion about the playoffs. I've heard some commentators get militant irate saying, don't you dare keep them out of the playoffs. now, they finished the game against a very weak team. Need to see how they perform against the gaytors next weekend, and the ACC CCG. see how they do. of course a loss takes care of the situation. but what if they squeak by winning unimpressively by like a FG? do they deserve to stay in top 4?

To be clear, and undefeated FSU is absolutely making the playoffs. Anyone implying anything else is just wasting their breath.

it was so bad how CW kept the camera on him the entire time. Didn't even go to commerical..

Will the league make that tackle "illegal" like people are asking for?

Depends if their QB can be Cardale Jones. we'll see.

#1, WA will probably be 4 tonight. and its not because of the FSU injury.
#2, FSU has to go through the Gaytors and L'ville. again........we'll see.

Again - We're talking about a FSU team that made it through UF and UL.

Honestly, there is a better argument for keeping a 13-0 Michigan out of the playoff due to the cheating allegations than keeping FSU out because their QB got hurt. Where do you draw the line? If Harrison Jr and Treveyon get hurt while Ohio State is playing Iowa and are out for the season, should Ohio State get benched from the playoff?

FSU is jumping the gun on the outrage here imo. just win.

but I'm hearing all about OSU in 2014, and what they did. the situation isn't exactly cookie cutter same. #1, just because OSU did it, doesn't mean it's a lock to always be able to be done. Cardale was actually the 3rd string QB. He actually finished the michigan game when Barrett got hurt. Won. the committee was looking to see how OSU would do against a very good Wisconsin team in the CCG. They made history by destroying the badgers 59-0. That performance put them in the playoff. Baylor and tcu keep crying. OSU proved they deserved to be there after beating bama, then Mariotta and the ducks to win it all.

About mich. and the cheating, I agree. I think there is legit reason for the ncaa to step in and impose that penalty now. Think we are looking at the biggest cheating scandal in decades. but they are not going to do it. my problem is, by keeping them in, they are taking a spot from another team that got here without cheating.

All eyes will be on the Florida game (although they suck, but they can score, just no defense), and moreso, the L'ville game. L'ville somehow only lost to Pitt. terrible loss. WTF. but will FSU's backup QB take care of business? I think L'ville can win this game, removing the ACC from the playoffs.

UW should have been number 3 to begin with.

agreed looking at resumes. FSU avoided two very good ACC teams during the regular season. to the level that it would've been like OSU randomly not playing PSU this year.

I have to laugh after looking at the current standings of the ACC in relation to FSU.
Amazing how they avoided the #2-#5 ranked teams in the ACC. how convenient. but never fear, they played #6-#14. (except for VA)
and footnote, barely escaped against 6-5 Boston College.
And, it's total BS that Clemson is now ranked. we all know why they are though. :rolleyes2::L:crazy:
