That's why I don't think he wants Carson to show up. Yeah they have the cap room but Brown still picks up pennys off the ground. I think Palmer can give him a big FU by showing up, not giving a shit and collecting his 6 million or what ever the number is. Carson doesn't have it in him to do that though, like you said. I'd do it just to take some of that greedy fucks money though...

Which is why he should have never quit to begin with.

He was already stealing Brown's money with his average QB play for 12 million dollars, and another 50 due over the next 4.

I've stayed out of the whole Palmer argument. I can see both sides of it. The only ones who know the whole truth are Palmer and Brown. If Brown made promises that weren't kept, well than I would have done exactly what Palmer did. Either way I've moved on as a fan. I guess as a fan, I just want Brown to trade him, get something (anything at this point) to help the team and let us move on.

Apparently, he's offered to return part of his signing bonus if Brown would make some changes (bubble, etc.).

Also, based on what "insiders" have said, he asked for a trade after the 2009 playoff season. Brown said okay if the following season (2010...4-12) didn't go any better.

Brown also made other promises before Palmer ever signed his extension in 2005 (and this was backed by I believe it was Caleb Miller) that Brown never kept.

Brown quit on him and stole from him.

Yes, it was Caleb Miller who said there were promises made by Mike Brown (a practice bubble being one of them) that weren't kept.

Only reason I care is because this issue is like a ex that won't quit calling. I'm sick of hearing/reading about it. Other than that I agree completely.

Got that right. I wish he'd get traded or retire, IDC which just so it's over. I'd prefer traded so we get something but at this point I just want it to stop. Though if things keep going like they are the Jets may need a new QB, same with the Steelers. I also think Palmer would look nice dressed in the Silver and Black with McFadden behind him in the backfield.
