I saw some of the Rangers prospects games on NHL Network they're gushing over Erixon & from watching him play I understand why. He's very poised & sees the ice extremely well. I know Calgary wasn't given a choice in the matter, but it really sucks they had to trade him.

Yeah, it was essentially tampering by Sather and the Rangers to woo Erixon to play for the same team that his dad played for. Not much you can do about it except move on, but you're right, he looks like he's going to be a very good player.

Nice to read that Bartschi is playing well. Going into the draft some people thought he was a product of all the talent around him in Portland. What they didn't realize is Bartschi didn't play with Johansson & Niederreiter. He also played very well in the WJC.

I wish I could tell you, but I screwed up on the title (Flames played the Oil tonight, not the Jets) - Anton Lander was probably the best player for Edmonton tonight.

Okay it's all good. I know RNH got all the pub, but I think at the end of the day Strome might be the better player. I know many might say I'm being a homer, but he was OUTSTANDING in the two prospect games against Boston.
