I was out for dinner, so missed what happened....
But are you assuming the rest of Canada is rooting for the Leafs?

That last ten minutes for the Leafs was about as good as a team can play and wind up with nothing to show for it. Sucks for them.

Tampa played really well. Seems like everyone just talking about the Leafs, but the Lightning showed tonight why they've won the last 2 cups. Toronto had 17 shots in the 3rd period, but very few were high quality and Vasilevskiy is the best in the business. Tampa was blocking passes/shots all night long. Impressive win.

I dont think they did. I thought they were moving at half speed much of the series. Kucherov even tonight seemed to be so laissez faire and seemed to be trying to goal suck behind the leafs d. They locked it down the final 2 minutes of this game though

First off sorry @Bloody Brian Burke but you got it right. Hopefully saving grace you bet this way.

If they aren’t insane they re-sign Dubas and tweak it. Keep Keefe too (although if they want to give Trotz a go I’m fine with that). There’s no reason to go nuclear after this, especially if they didn’t after last seasons exit which was far more of an embarrassment.

Matthews and Marner played well but the last two games weren’t great for either offensively. Not many high danger chances.

I think they ought to see what’s out there for Nylander. He’s probably gone after 23-24 anyway, might as well cash in a year early and use the space and assets to build some depth. Hopefully Robertson can make the jump to the show. Gotta figure out the crease again. Try and move Muzzin and get Sandin/Liljegren into the lineup full time. I REALLY wish Seattle took Kerfoot instead of McCann. Keep Blackwell. Boosh was awful.

I know it was a penalty but that the refs called THAT fucking pick but didn’t call the hold on Rielly in the lead up to TB’s first goal was pretty tough to take. JT did great on that goal and was fantastic the last two games. Hope he has at least one more good year in him. They missed him last year.

I hope Point’s alright. Please god don’t let the Panthers win a Cup before the Leafs do lol
