George Steiner reporting he heard we are VERY interested in Sterling Shepard which seemed to be known from the interest we have shown in him, but the word Mr. Steiner hears is that we could move down with our first to draft Sterling or move up in the 2nd to secure him.

Not quite as good as Carroo, but that would have me pretty excited. My only concern is last time I was excited about a round 2 WR it was Cody Latimer, and the last time I nailed a correct pick in DCFFL which I took Shep this year, it was Montee Ball. So history not on my side.

Also my Raiders source who nailed some surprising picks in the last few years as he has an inside info, said right now the Raiders will be taking Myles Jack if he is there at their pick. If not they could move down or stay and like a trio of guys including William Jackson, Jonathan Bullard...

I like the idea but much like you I'm a bit concerned with our history in the second round

Could be that they wanna move down for him too though. Nonetheless fact that a team picking in the top 15 really likes him isn't real encouraging, but it is the Raiders so hopefully he isn't the #1 when they pick and hopefully the other 30 teams in front of us aren't as smart as the Raiders are.

On a side note, one of the best things about this years draft will be hearing over and over about how the broncos built their team, how they won, how they pick last, how to emulate their strategy...

I remember last year first night we were all pretty well stoked, after the 2nd day we were all a bit let down but hopeful (Sam and Heuerman pick) Sam was a guy at one point looked like a first rd pick then fell to what looked like Rd 3..
Moral of the story. Be ready for ups and downs.

Out of contest, this forum doesn't let us edit posts... Had heck of a time last night.. Doesn't matter.. I never do well anyway.

Was gonna do Den up to 19 for lynch Bills would be ideal trade partner. Jets picking behind them and all.

But I really think we are going ol early, we need help at OG really. Whitehair for his versatility
