Good name, good car.
oh wait, is that a Toronado?? I didn’t pay attention until after lol
They don’t make cars like that anymore. I used to love watching Hawaii 5-0 for all of those cars McGarrett drove. Galaxy, Coronet etcYes, it is lol - I still like the Eastwood gif

And just think GM blew it with the 2000's GTO.Yup - Before he went crazy, DeLorean designed a great car with the Pontiac GTO
A Gran Torinato.oh wait, is that a Toronado?? I didn’t pay attention until after lol
I always had a soft spot for the G6.And just think GM blew it with the 2000's GTO.
I always had a soft spot for the G6.
/The early 00’s Grand Prix was the last great American sedan far as I’m concerned. GM killed the wrong brand when they axed Pontiac and kept fucking Buick to sell rebadged Opels to the Chinese.
The Manta was maybe the only cool car Opel ever made. The GT was a poor man’s Datsun 240zThe Opel Manta "A" from the mid 70's was a great car.
My dad had one and unfortunately it was gone before I had a chance to drive it.
EDIT: Speaking of the Manta:
This Opel Manta Has Been Reborn as a Manual-Shifting All-Electric Sports Car Concept
The Opel Manta GSe ElektroMOD concept combines the classic lines of the legendary Manta with modern EV tech. And yes, it still has a manual transmission.www.roadandtrack.com
I had a friend across the street from me as a kid who’s mom had one of these and I thought it was an old shitbox and they must really not care about spending money on cars. The Oilers of cars!
And just think GM blew it with the 2000's GTO.
The car itself was a good one, along with it's sister the G8. GM needed to get the crazy Australian monsters from Holden over here, but by using a well respected nameplate turned a lot of people off. They were good cars by GM standards.I always had a soft spot for the G6.

Remember when Ford made a crossover and called it a Taurus? The car itself was a good one, along with it's sister the G8. GM needed to get the crazy Australian monsters from Holden over here, but by using a well respected nameplate turned a lot of people off. They were good cars by GM standards.
The same applies to the new "Mustang" electric car. Every time I see one, I get ill.
I don't. Was it a Canada thing?Remember when Ford made a crossover and called it a Taurus?
