It's annoying how the refs are using "Call a 5 and let it get reviewed" as a crutch. It's like the linesmen not calling offside knowing if a goal is scored it will be reviewed.

I would imagine there is no provision in the rules to drop a called five to a double minor. Which that should have been.


Edit: Also no provision in the rules for it, but backhanding an unsuspecting guy across the face should probably be a five when that malicious.
