I don't appreciate the jinx bro. And fuck the shift.
I'm not his teammate......padres announcers weren't talking about it?
That shift saved him all night so I wouldn't blame it for finally giving up a hit.

I'm not actually blaming you, or the shift. That's just part of baseball, people are gonna mention no hitters that are going on past the 6th or 7th. Still a hell of a game for Colin Rea considering the red hot bats the Mets have been swinging.

That Jon Jay one to end the 3rd was really good, I don't get the game on TV so I wasn't able to see the rest.

Good defense, not a lot on offense so far. Still could be worth something at the trade deadline.
He's always kinda been a glove-first guy. Maybe good for some lotto ticket prospect.

He's got a career .286 BA and .353 OBP, seems like a solid bat although not much pop. Last year was only his bad season offensively and I'm pretty sure he was hurt. Won't be worth too much even if he improves his numbers, but anything helps in rebuild and he's not gonna last with the Padres past this year anyway.

Yeah, not too shabby but still barely above league average at his peak. I like the guy, but yeah, he's an all-glove 4th or 5th outfielder. He's like the outfield version of Darwin Barney.
