First padres no hitter ever?

Yeah, not too shabby but still barely above league average at his peak. I like the guy, but yeah, he's an all-glove 4th or 5th outfielder. He's like the outfield version of Darwin Barney.

Yeah I'm not gonna say he was an all star caliber hitter or anything, but he's been an average or just below average contact/low pop hitter with a great glove. He's someone you like to have on your team as long as you don't rely on him to be a major force in the offense.
