The cards are not drafting Murray #1 to sit him to "learn". However, this could all be a smoke screen and the cards love Rosen and go Q Williams #1. They need an player to produce now given they were an abysmal team last year.

Most are except the Cards drunk GM who traded up for Rosen last year, fired a 1 year coach and looking to reboot with basically a 1 year wonder.
