You can't "fuck up" a final ranking by losing games. It's the final ranking... as in the last one.
Shhhh....don't teach him fo' free! Make the GED sportin' sport pay for his education, like we did.

What's the 4th? They only play 8 conference games, because . . .No way Florduh should be top 8.
Florduh will find some way to fuck it up and Big Game Danny will lose the big ones like always, even with their soft non-conference.
I see Florduh really went soft on their non-conference, not surprised.
Eastern Washington
South Alabama
New Mexico St
That is terrible. They play a soft schedule overall. LSU at home and UGA neutral, all the rest are easy games.
If they don't win 10 or 11, that's a bad year with this schedule.
Washington pounded Boise St. 38 - 7 in the Las Vegas Bowl even though the Huskies had two starters sit out due the them not wanting to risk injury before the NFL draft yet Boise St. is ranked and UW isn't?

"Don't cry out loud."
True. But Clemson didn't have a very good resume either. (The Ohio State win helped it a little.)
I'd take Bama over the four teams directly in front of them... Oklahoma, Florida, Oregon and Georgia. I'll bet Vegas would make them the favorite in those four games as well.
Final rankings. That means they are the last rankings. It means they won't change no matter how much it hurts you. The final results will not change. They weren't a top 10 quality team, plain and simple. I know a lot of things go over the head of you Florduh fans. Learn how to count to 10 first.
Whoregon at #5????
These sum bitches need to stuff sniffing glue before they come up with these lists!
Probably not...which is why rankings are not worth a damn IMO.I'm not disagreeing with you there. I just don't think it should be the basis for where teams rank.

They would, but really outside of LSU no ranking overly matters.True. But Clemson didn't have a very good resume either. (The Ohio State win helped it a little.)

Here's that other stupid poll.
Here is the final Coaches Poll of the season:
#1 LSU
#2 Clemson
#3 Ohio State
#4 Georgia
#5 Oregon
#6 Oklahoma
#7 Florida
#8 Alabama
#9 Penn State
#10 Minnesota
#11 Notre Dame
#12 Baylor
#13 Wisconsin
#14 Auburn
#15 Iowa
#16 Utah
#17 Memphis
#18 Appalachian State
#19 Michigan
#20 Navy
#21 Cincinnati
#22 Boise State
#23 Air Force
#24 UCF
#25 Virginia
Michigan is appropriate at #19 ... we are good, but we are stuck on good ... kinda like a good purgatory.
I like the fact that we have an undisputed #1, and I disagree with Alabama at #8 2 close loses with LSU and Auburn deserves better. I would have them at #4
Clemson #2 and ohio state #3 are also proper.
Several others have said the same about Alabama. They lost to LSU and lost to Auburn, who lost to Florida. So, why rank them above Florida? It makes no sense. They got beat at home in a game no closer than UF in Death Valley at night. Plus, our only other loss, than LSU, was to 4th ranked Joja...who can suck my ass.
None of that makes mathematical sense to me.
