Wellllll...that was interesting.

Morgan, as always, was outstanding.

That said, I'm not quite sure how to take the 'Mad Max Meets the Walking Dead' bit just yet.

However, it's enough to keep me watching. ;)

It was kind of cool seeing Jesus, Carol, and Rick on Fear The Walking Dead even if it was just a flashback to Morgan's last few days in Virginia. It'll be interesting to see what happens next week and learn what the regular casts story is.

Yep, that ending kinda sucked me in.

That truck won’t last, so I am not too concerned with it. I like Al, though.

Though I did mention at the time that that thing looked like a MAJOR gas guzzler and there is no way it would be used for anything other than wartime activities and they were just driving around in it.

Then the previews showed the convoy of big rigs that was simply ridiculous.

The FTWD story has moved from Baja & SoCal to Texas......so perhaps the writers are going to incorporate a Mad Max: The Road Warrior type of oil refinery into the plot?

While it is possible, I HOPE not. That would be stupid (so obviously not beyond this crew)

Watched the new episode last night. It was the best one I've seen. But it's also the only one without the FTWD cast.

Just remember, this is going to be an old/new integration.

It has my interest, that's for sure.

They did have some of the original ones at the end when they jump out of the tall grass.

Yes but I didn't have to watch them through the entire episode. The blond woman is to annoying to watch.

Maggie Grace? Yeah the thing I could never understand about her: She was trapped on a deserted, uncharted island in Lost, right? Like, no Walmart or Target anywhere. But she still managed to have about 30 different bikinis. That was a pretty neat trick.

This episode was a definite step down from last week, but still better than just about everything else to this point.

Agreed. But that was expected with them having to go back and fill things in.

Overall I think it was done well enough. Got new villains. Integrated Morgan and Co as potential help. Nick and Alicia got some character development.

It’s never high quality but at least there’s always something happening

How is it better than Walking Dead?

Right now it’s not really close imo.

Both suffer from bad writing but fear at least has better the better of the bad. Walking dead is tied down by the comics and the plot is at a snails pace. Characters have turned into side pieces. It’s just the same thing over and over.

Fear has a smaller cast and does a good job of integrating everyone. Things constantly happen good or foolish.

It’s why Lennie James made the jump.
