You guys ever have Conch?
I liked it, but it's really chewy.
Kimchi continues to grow on me.
Plan on eating plenty of it on Saturday.

Conch Fritters are the best thing in the world, I grew up in South Florida and whenever we went down to the Keys we'd have them. I was in Puerto Rico last week, and found a place that had them and it was great. Had a conch empinadilla as well.

I'll take Korean food as the single most underrated cuisine. Bulgogi and Kalbi are two of my favorite meals on the planet.
That's less "weird" and more like a good Saturday night.Haven't seen anyone comment about "sucking head," the mostly Louisiana practice of breaking a crawdad in half and then eating the tail (good stuff) and then sucking the innards out of the body (too gross for me). Any practitioners of this here?
I've never tried those, but have heard quite a bit about them. I'd give them a shot for sure. Do you dip them in a sauce or anything like that? Or just eat them plain?
