Nice book. The section on butchering is excellent. Hell, the whole thing is excellent.

Just bought this Mexican cookbook and have read some but havent tried any recipes yet... Huge book, over 6 pounds. Beautiful photos, stories, and many of the recipes seem like they could def be delicious. It's called Mercados by David Sterling... The link is a pic of the cover.

He has another similar book just about the Yucatan penninsula that won all sorts of awards as well. I don't have that one yet though.
