If I sold my current ('07) I'd get this:

Bad ass!

Very nice

My project right now is a 66 mustang coupe. It is all primer right now since it is about 50% done. Doing full restoration. Body work is all done and primed, engine is rebuilt, front end is all redone, brake and gas lines all replaced. The poor girl is just a shell right now since I am about to rewire it. Then I need to drop the back end and replace springs, bushings, seals, buy the interior kit and put it in, and get her painted. Doesn't sound like a lot of work when I type that out, but I know in my mind it really is a lot left. No rush though, the kiddo is only 10 months old so I have about 15 years to complete it :)

If you decide not to keep it all original, maybe you should drop this V10 in thar:

That's what I need in my '89 Wagoneer resto...that old AMC 360 is a bit sluggish!

My uncle built a 1968 z28 Camaro in his garage from scratch.

Ford Shelby GR-1

beautiful as hell.......

I loved the Ford GT, wish they would've continued producing it........ Ford should have a supercar in their lineup like GM and Dodge does. It took them 20+ years to get it together to put an entrant in the Supercar category, they do it, hit a homerun with it, then stop making it. :censored:

cool...can still see the Cobra in it. My Canondale road bike is polished aluminum and a really like it - so easy to keep it like chrome.

For cars Honda is definitely my preference. As far as cars go its pretty damn hard to beat the Accord.

As far as general pickup trucks go my preference is the Toyota Tundra without a doubt. Excellent vehicle but if you need a heavy duty diesel the F-250 is the way to go.

Sorry, but we'll have to disagree. I've got a track record with the accord, and I won't touch a ford car with a ten foot pole.

Ford has really gotten their shit together. Even if a ford does have problems, its pretty easy to fix yourself.

I do agree a bit about ford cars. I had a 97 mustang that fell apart within 5 years and that was with me knowing how to take care of it and work on it. just got tired of replacing window motors, trim clips, lock switches, etc.

I have no doubt that the cars are beingbuilt better now, so I may try Ford cars again one day. For now I stick with classic ford cars and new ford trucks.

That may be, but Honda has been solid as long since before I can remember. Ill stick with the accord as far as cars go.

LOL. It already isn't original since it has a '72 Torino 302 in it, but yours is overkill. I bet that engine is $30k if it's a dime. I have seen a '65 mustang with a Supra twin turbo in it though. That was SWEET, but it was shoehorned into the engine bay. Very unnerving to hear a classic mustang that sounds like a chainsaw.

There are some Ford guys here I see. My stable is anything but... 2011 Corvette GS 3LT, 2007 Jeep Commander Limited 4x4 Hemi (being replaced by a 2012 SRT-8 Grand Cherokee which hit the ground Tuesday actually. Wife's wedding present, we are picking it up tomorrow after I had some subtle changes made) and a 2006 Lexus GS 430 which I plan on driving into the ground! But won't.... LOL
