Not really any rules to it, you just select the 4 keepers you want to transfer over to the following season. Ans your 4 keepers are pretty much your 1st-4th round draft picks

I just dont like keeper leagues that give an overwhelming advantage to one singular team for a long period of time...

Pretty much because I was solid at the starting positions so picked up the #1 kicker and #2 defense

Yeah some people don't like them but I prefer them. To me its more like building a team, To get the keepers I did was tough and long process. This will be the leagues third year and I have not won yet, I am liking my chances this year though.

No, i dont mind keeper leagues, there are just some formats i dont like... I am in one that i am not a fan of either, but your keeper format I dont like... It would be better if it was a dynasty, but to allow long term keepers without any type of penalization is not a great keeper system...

Are teams allowed to keep less than four players?? can they keep nobody??

Yeah they can keep 0-4 players. If they choose not to keep a player so they only have 3 then they will have the first pick when it comes draft time of the "fourth" round. Because technically in a 4 keeper league your 4 keepers are your first 4 draft picks.

yea... makes sense... Much better than the must keep 4, but still not a fan of your keeper system... But again, i am not a fan of mine either...

I just dont think having good keepers should give such a big advantage(it will always give an advantage-but yours seems overwhelming)...

If you are in a keeper league and have an advantage it is usually earned and thus it should be justly rewarded

however different leagues diff rules

and certainly to each his own....

Again, i understand advantages, and that they are earned... But there should be a limit... last thing you want is a team to Win the league(on paper) on draft day, and it not even to be close... Keeper leagues are not intended to give this advantage...
