The only pick that really surprised me was Cano falling so far and Braun going where he did. Everything else was pretty much as expected. I got Hanley and E5. Pretty sick.

Draft went nicely until someone decided to troll toward the end. Autodrafted my last three picks. And once again, my man-crush on Prado is showing. Maybe a reach for Myers as well. Still, it was nice to get my feet wet.

I am not a big Fielder fan, so no. I have Fielder solidly behind EE.

That would be a brain fart with Holland. And you're right with Sharky (and Liriano) being shaky. Might've been different if the last three picks were not autopicks.

Just wondering, who went after Matt Carpenter... I know he was MVP caliber last season(Better season than McCutchen IMO), and could do it again, but the fact he does not hit for power or steal bases makes him an over-rated fantasy player IMO...

Yeah, Carpenter in the 3rd may have been a bit high, but he does score runs. Mr. Puig went off the board next. I will see how my strategy has evolved 10-15 mocks down the road.

Carpenter is one of those players who is much better in real life... Problem with fantasy is that if you are not a power bat or a speed bat then it is very hard to be valuable... And Carpenter is all BA and Runs... 2 of 5 categories... Again i think he had a better offensive year than McCutchen last year, but just dont see him as a top 5 2B in fantasy...

He is a perfect example why fantasy and real life is different...
