So, I'm in a fantasy draft tomorrow night, and I have no idea what I'm doing.
Is it bad to draft a goalie in the first round?

it largely depends on what people do ahead of you.
there are only a few goalies that will play 65 games and win most of them
once they start to go, you don't want to be left scrambling for half of a goalie tandem.
In general, the scorers tend go in the earliest picks, as they contribute to more categories.
We just had a draft this past weekend, and the first goalie went #9, second went #15, and there were 3 more taken in the next 15 picks.
Not sure how much you know about hockey, but
1.OV is #1 overall and it's not close
So that's how I ended up with Vokoun.
Vokoun actually puts up very solid stats every year. Well except for wins.
Well, here's how I fared......naslundfan y IPW already saw it. what say you?
