Okay , I'm still debating what to do. 10 team league picking 10th. Not a PpR, but Qbs get 6 PTs for Td pass. At picks 10 and 11- 5 guys should be in play. DEz, Rogers, Murray, BAll, DEmarius Thomas. All month I have been set on ROgers and DEz. The past two days, I've changed to DEz and DEMarius. Now BAll and Murray are starting to enter into the equation because of the lack of quality RBs. Would love JArntts opinion on 2 of the 5. Others feel free to chime in please.

Don't be scared to answer. I'm not one that comes back and says you were wrong. My draft is Saturday. My fantasy questions will be over.

To me Ball's value comes with PPR leagues. So I wouldnt consider him over the others in non PPR leagues.

The most important thing to remember is that we can all give you our opinion, but it's your money on the line. Never let anyone else's opinion influence your own. When reading articles and rankings remember those are just like the NFL draft. Everyone regurgitates the same info so don't feel just because a player always goes in the top 10 that you should take him there or because some guy that writes an article says he's good he will be. I may not be the best one to ask because everything I do for fantasy football is based on PPR leagues. I don't even consider anything else.

We kind of covered all of this already. To me Ball is too risky because of the team and the fact that he's yet to do it, but I say that fully expecting him to be good and knowing that full well he could be a top 5 pick in 2015 if he gets all of the snaps that everyone seems to think he will. I just don't think it's worth the risk when there are other options, but most disagree with me. There is no doubt Denver wants him be the full time guy, but no RB in Denver has had 250 carries in 10 years. I assume Ball will end that drought, but I also know there will be a few times a game when someone else gets a series or two and if they perform they will get a share of the load. That isn't likely to happen in Dallas with Murray. I will say one thing. As Peyton goes Denver goes and if Ball starts having problems in pass protection he willl lose PT. Have you considered Graham?

Here is what I suggest you do to make a decision you are happy with. Take all of the guys you are looking at for round 1 and 2 (and even 3 or 4 since those picks will be effected) and put down on paper what stats you expect to get from those guys and then add it up with your scoring system and see where it leaves you and see how each position compares to the next tier of guys that you will end up with if you pass on a particular position. That may make your decision for you.

I have thought about graham but I feel like I can get gronk or Thomas at 30. DEz is gonna be a given with my pick. Qbs score so much more than the Rbs and Wrs, it's hard to put in order of picks. If I don't take Rogers I will likely try for LUck at pick 70. I'm hung up on the consistency ARod Brees and manning can give. Of course if I go Rogers I will probably ignore rb to my 5 and 6 pick which means bad news.

6 points for QB TDs league are dumb. I'm taking Payton Manning number 1 all day long. Nothing can match his 55 TDs last year. He'll score more then J. Charles and McCoy combined.

well I am in a keeper league & a roto league. (both 12 team leagues) I just did my roto draft tonight (PPR leagues) & was able to get ball at 21.

So in a non PPR league who knows you might be able to land him with your next set of picks.

Ball is a funny one- last week he was going mid 20s. As of today- he is going 8-11.

He had an appendectomy and the thinking was he could be in danger of not being 100% for Week 1. Seems now he is back and should be in shape for the start of the year.

21 in a keeper? Wow that is surprising. I think he is a solid second rounder, my point was about not taking him at #10. I think if you can get him in the 3rd that would be very surprising and you should consider yourself lucky.

Murray is the much safer I think , but Ball has some boom to him. I just think back to Edgerin James in his big yrs with the Colts. Peyton has always chosen to run first inside the 5 it seems. Im definitely picking one or the other. I also have a choice between Dez and Demarius. Im hoping Demarius is off the board so I dont have to choose. In our league Peyton averaged 33 points a game last yr. Next closest was Brees at 27. Then Cam at 24. Rogers was 24 pts when he played. . Romo was 22. Just showing that the league is skewed toward QB. Im aiming for Luck at 51 probably

May I suggest if you are looking at both Denver and Dallas RB/WR, diversify. Don't go all Dallas or all Denver. I tend to think DT will outperform Dez, but I would not want to pair him up with Ball on the chance Peyton gets injured. Ditto all that with the Dallas duo and Romo's health.

no it was 21 in my roto league.
I had him last year in my keeper (head to head) league so he will be one of my keepers this year.
