I also didn't see where Worthy was arrested..smdh

I fully expect a RB addition this offseason.

And yeah they win games, but it's been awhile since a Chief won a fantasy week

I'm having a hard time fully believing that Kelce will beat out 2 Chiefs TEs next year.

He has lost a step or 3,

But he is still plenty good enough to be their main TE.
Maybe. Just trying to look at things unbiased.

Noah Gray is going to be 26 next year. Had an 81.6% catch rate, 8.9 yards per target, 67.3% success rate.
Travis Kelce will be 36 next year, had a catch rate of 72.9%, 6.2 yards per target, 60.2% success rate.

Kelce by his own words 'first year you're here, you block' referencing his rookie year. Jared Wiley will be entering year 2. TE is the position most driven by athletic traits outside of maybe Edge. All three TEs in theory have similar athletic traits and Kelce almost certainly taught the other two almost everything he knows because he seems like that kind of guy.

Kelce might still be on the offense but having him be TE1 almost seems like malpractice now that he is officially post-prime.

edit - ninja'd a bit with the same graph I was looking at

Worthy (9), Hunt (7), Gray (5), Hopkins (4) all had more TD than Kelce (3).
Kelce hasnt led the team in TD since 22. But he has been top 3 on the team until this past season.

Travis Kelce out here trying to delay the inevitable transformation into Taylor Swift's lap dog for as long as he can.

An offseason not spent celebrating a SB win might rejuvenate him a little for next year too.

In today's world, I wouldn't be surprised if he came back for another season just to do a documentary about it, the Chiefs version of The Last Dance.

Her career's gonna last a lot longer than his. He'll have podcasts and whatnot but once he's not playing any more he's strictly B-league and nothing he will do will make any impact. That'll be a hard inequality to deal with. It's one thing when she's doing her Eras tour and he's winning in a Super Bowl and another thing when she's hosting the Grammys and he's on Celebrity Survivor.

Chiefs fans were hyping up the 'Brown Rice' offense last offseason. I think Mahomes is very rapport-based so I would somewhat expect Brown, Rice, and Worthy to eclipse Kelce in a variety of ways even though Mahomes respects the heck out of Kelce. Again, I'm just really low on Kelce moving forward assuming that the whole rest of the team doesn't end up in jail.

I dont have the numbers next to me but the Chiefs used to run a lot of RB drag routes with CEH and Jet Mckinnon and those IIRC got some TDs. I would definitely watch out to see if the Chiefs draft a good receiving RB.

Happy to have him back for next season, and I must say that Rosenhaus gets the most for his clients.

Vikings re-signed RB Aaron Jones to a two-year, $20 million contract.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Jones’ deal includes $13 million in guaranteed money. The 30-year-old back bounced back from an injury-riddled 2023 campaign to rush for 255-1,138-5 while adding another 51 receptions for 408 yards and two scores. The 5.1 yards per touch Jones averaged last season was just off the 5.4 YPT he’s averaged for his career, as Jones proved to be an efficient back in his first year with the Vikes while playing in all 17 games. Jones’ return to the Vikings should be good thing for his fantasy value, but fantasy managers shouldn’t overlook the possibility of the backfield taking more of a committee approach in 2025 — something that was rumored to be on the table by The Athletic’s Alec Lewis earlier this offseason.

Adams to rams
Metcalf to steelers

Wow wow wow
Well shit... neither of them are really exciting moves from a fantasy standpoint.

Could've been worse for Adams i guess. Stafford is an upgrade over the shit in Vegas and the dead armed Rodgers, so at least there's that.

I dunno what to think about Metcalf. Didn't go to a team where he'd be the alpha, didn't go to a team where they throw more - Pitt bottom five in pass percentage..Seattle top 5, but they weren't good at it. Who knows who the QB will be???
ughh

Was really hoping he'd at minimum go somewhere where he would be THE man

I like Adams to Rams as long as all the talk about Kupp not playing there this season comes true
