I live in Jax and havent heard anything yet. I was wondering if it was some kind of personal procedure but that wouldn't be scheduled for a 3am hospital arrival so its either something hilarious like mentioned or his girl stabbed him or something.

I can't help but see the irony in Ray releasing a video...

Ex-NFL RB Ray Rice released an intense training video of himself working out in a Connecticut gym.

In the video, Rice wears an oxygen mask as he demonstrates his vertical explosion and agility with a trainer tossing tennis balls back and forth for Rice to retrieve. Rice has also pledged to donate his game checks if an NFL team gives him another chance. Some teams have flirted with the idea of looking at Rice and made those flirtations public, but the response wasn't positive, and Rice was never signed. He's been out of the league since the 2013 season.

Well, it's only Wednesday...

Seahawks OC Darrell Bevell said Thomas Rawls has "always been our starter."

Christine Michael started and outplayed Rawls in Week 1, but Bevell's comments make it clear that Seattle doesn't view him as their No. 1 back. Rawls will play over Michael this week and should easily top the 15 touches he had in the opener. Rawls is locked in as an RB2 against the Rams.

Cant wait to see how he does. If he plays like last season... He could be a league winner
