Im not advocating for him to be a starting QB. I am only saying he is better that at least 5 QBs currently in the league. I doubt he would accept a backup role but I could be wrong. However its clear that some people never wanted him to get that chance.

He can't be a backup because he can't run a real offense. Gruden actually explained it well even without elaborating on his on field degeneracy which is as much a problem as his off field degeneracy.
