Well, not to defend the guy, but at his point in life, if he cant sign on where he'd like to go, why bother? just retire. Unless of course he blew all of his money

He was one of the early guys to get a portion of his compensation in bitcoin, id guess he's doing fine these days on that investment by itself

@Chef99 - First Vikes game I've watched. How does Darnold have such good stats when he's so bad at throwing the ball?

Can it get any worse than 1TD vs 9INT over the last 5 games?

Clipboard Chainz making bank the next season or two and not taking the hits

yep unless they find a desperate team

*cough cough* the jets
Yeah the problem is that as usual, the savvy Cousins has a no trade clause in his contract again and is a $65,000,000 dead cap hit next year, so not sure what can possibly be done. Kirk Cousins will go down as the most financially savvy player in NFL history compared to his talent level. He's up to $331,000,000 in salary over his career now. The only guy close is Matt Ryan but at least he won MVP and played in a Super Bowl (that he should've won).

This.

ATL married themselves to Cousins for 2 seasons, he'll be there next year. other teams know the position they're in, and I doubt any trades come that get the OK from Cousins team

Probably, but would there even be any trade offers? What he's put out there on film, would anyone trade for him, and that contact, anyways?

If Penix shows any promise at all they'll trade Cousins and eat most of the money. Tennessee or Cleveland maybe.

Browns gonna add Cousins to Watson?
That would an all-time Browns move.

Can't see Cousins accepting a trade to either of those teams.

the Falcons owe him all of the guaranteed money and the cap impacts that follow, and he controls where he plays. This isn't an easy deal to make, any interested parties and Cousins both have Falcons by the balls in negotiations
