dammit i want carnes!!
Started looking through the LJS and OWH this morning and learned the following-
Defensive line is going to be good and deep. They're beating the hell out of the offensive line- Qvale, Sirles and Reeves sat out yesterday.
Offense practiced up tempo offense with Earth Wind and Fire's "September" playing. Seahawk and Packer scouts watched practice.
And the db's/safety is getting better.
*sup Ponca*Justin Blatchford is versatile and coach says "Blatchford is playing a lot of football for us right now and he can play any multitude of spots"
If you were there
You would have seen four Husker offensive linemen sidelined -- including three who play the tackle positions. Senior Marcel Jones, along with sophomores Brent Qvale and Jeremiah Sirles, were the tackles held out of practice. Freshman center Ryne Reeves also was a sideline spectator. Pelini said Sirles may be out another week or so, but he considered Qvale and Reeves to be "day-to-day" injuries. Jones, who battled some back issues throughout last year, hasn't yet participated in this fall camp
Sandhill who is the coach in ur avatar?
Milt would have never in a brazillion years let our line go like that
How the fuck did we get to this point on the OL? Were barely stringing together starters let alone develop a second line. We have 20 some O linemen on the roster, half of which are on the ship. However most are either Freshmen and Sophomore, which leaves a huge gap where we apparently did nothing?
