In two road games this year the Falcons have scored 29 points/14.5 per game. In 5 home games the Falcons have scored 161 points/32.2 points per game. Scoring 31 or more points in 4 of those 5 games and 23 points in the other.

We're playing the Falcons in their house, but I must say. I like our chances as well unless it ends up in the hands of Alex Smith to win it late. Or it turns into a shootout which as of right now. Smith looks totally incapable of participating in.

I have watched them a little and if I remember correctly they have a few injuries on D so that should help.

I’ll say this, though—if Washington’s passing game can’t get on-track against the Falcons, we should all be worried. Alex Smith hasn’t topped 200 yards passing in almost a month. He hasn’t had a 300-yard game all year. He had five in 15 games for the Chiefs last year. Meanwhile, the Falcons have surrendered over 300 yards in five of their past six games. Granted, having a consistently good running game makes that less important, but, if Washington’s resistible force can’t overcome Atlanta’s moveable object this weekend, it doesn’t bode well for the rest of the year.

i am happy the defense and run game have carried us to 5 wins but this qb play wasnt what i was promised

sooner or later , if we are to make a run in the playoffs we will need better qb play

so far the defense has carried us as i said they would early but as we head to week 8 of our season the qb play should pick up

not being able to pass for 300 yards wont beat the eagles and may not beat the falcons
