Not jumping on any bandwagon. I want to stick with the Commanders but like DarrellGreen fan, I can't keep ignoring what happened and what continues to happen in the front office.

We are still being investigated for witholding or stealing money from other teams. I know you disagree, but I don't care what the scoreboard says: if we are covering up the actions of the owner, harassing victims of sexual assault and stealing money, I am DONE!

Never disagreed with you on the owner. I disagree with you on RR and the team

they didnt foercast he would have a meager 1.5 sacks before he got hurt either

Stop the madness. Young was the right pick at #2 at the time.

Hebert is amazing...no doubt.

Rivera wanted a strong defense first though. He waiting till year 3 to get a QB...sigh.

Like I said, Rivera is OK as a coach. I would say below average actually given his overall record. It's his GM abilities that will get him fired.

The Mayfield trade just proved that.

CAR got CLE to pay a good portion of the salary plus they gave up a conditional pick.

INDY was always going to do business with us instead of outright cutting Wentz. We were the only call they got. They would have been on the hook for 15 million in dead cap just to have him walk. Ballard/Irsay got us to pay 100% of his salary, swap draft positions, and give up a 2nd round pick. We literally bid against OURSELVES and Rivera took the bait.

I don't care if Wentz makes the Pro Bowl this year, there was clearly no need to take on his full salary and give up a 2nd rounder. I understand WHY they acquired Wentz, but I disagree with HOW they got Wentz. If Rivera would have offered to pay half the salary and offered a 7th-round pick, Indy would have taken the offer because they would have gotten cap relief. RR panicked and we got fleeced.
it was panic driven we had falco and a draft , we made a bad deal

I am sure Kyle Smith, who was assistant GM to Rivera, told Rivera that Haskins wasn't the guy. We also knew that Smith might not ever play again period. Bottom line

I disagree with grabbing a DE when there is literally no concrete QB on the roster. Haskins started/played in 9 games in 2019 and had 7 TDs and 7 INTs with a 76 QB rating. That is decent evidence to me. ARZ has the same issue with Rosen in 2018 and they went with Murray at the #1 pick in 2019. They made the right decision obviously and haven't looked back.

We made a mistake and stuck with Haskins.

If Tua didnt have the hip injury you could have a point but at the time Young was the right pick at #2. They went the safe route.

That is true as well.

Bottom line is that INDY wanted to do business instead of cutting Wentz. They wanted him off their hands badly.

They took advantage of us and everyone has said that. We could have kept some cap and not given up such a high pick.

Good point.

KC was the one that got away for sure. If we would have accepted the original offer...sigh.

BS was a stud for us and one of the 3 best linemen we have had in the past 20 years (Williams and C. Samuels). He was injury-prone yes, but there was no reason to hate the guy.

Going back to BS. I was very pissed and others too that they took a RG over a pass rushing 300 DE (Williams)at the time when we had absolutely nothing on the dline. BS was actually advertised as a OT but was too slow to maintain and NFL level OT so had to move to OG. OG at #5 really pissed me off. Yes he was a great player for us but was very overpaid his last two years here and the Jax contract is a joke. Best days are behind him

What is there to disagree with?

Ron Rivera
3 winning seasons in 11 years. He had NO front office experience, yet, he was hired to RUN our front office.

In 2 years he has not even gotten to .500.

The team has 1 playoff win in 17 years and 1 winning season in 6 years. What is there to disagree with? We have stunk and so has Rivera????????

You are not giving RR a fair shake and you know it. You are not factoring in all the bad karma we had with QB injuries for those last 17 years. Not factoring in the passing of Sean Taylor. Major hurdles for any team. Our current players respect RR more than they did Gruden. We have a chance to be a winning team with Wentz. Your not behind it. Fine. GO be a Packers fan,.

He has had 2 years and we are still below .500. How long does he need?

What does the tragic death of Sean Taylor have to do with the past 2-5 years? He died 15 years ago????????

Karma?? Are you really going to bring that up? We had a QB and let him go. His name was Kirk Cousins.

Just because players respect Rivera doesn't mean they will win with Rivera. I would rather players hate his guts and win than "respect" him. Players hated Bobby Knight and Bill Belichick, but they win.

Only you believe we have a solid chance to win with Wentz. Vegas, sports pundits, and analysts predict 7-8 wins. Including many on this board.

If you are a salesman, what is your pitch to staying with the team? Many posters are leaving or on the way out. What is the reason to stick around?

in other words you are a mislead american patriot who doesnt understand the constitution as written or the theories as to why it was written who hasnt figured out the climate has changed on this planet since its inception , who doesnt know what actual freedon is , who doesnt understand what a supreme courts role is in our govt , who doesnt understand that his POV must be won with the voters not to make law through the courts and has a party who cries and riots over elections since bush vs gore . they didnt even show up to trumps inauguration because they were butt hurt

sounds democratic to me

When you lie as often as you do, skinsdad, your accusations, proclamations, and your uninformed opinions dont mean a damn thing.

Fortunately for you, some clown decided to put you in charge of this message board, and you have found a chorus of nancys who cackle in agreement to most of your blubbering missives.

2 years is a very short time for a head coach to turn things around

You said the last 17 seasons. His death played a major role why we were losers in those last 17 years.

Sure KC offered us a deal and we turned it down but you blame the front office for Alex Smith getting a career ending leg injury. Crazy

Those players respected those coaches

Told you the most popular over\nder bet right now is Washington over. Better say we go over, how far over we dont know

Im a diehard fan I will stick around untiI I die.
