My way too early prediction for NE this year 9-8. WC that gets bounced in first round.
What say the rest of you?

Exactly, not everything can be measured at face value. How many teams needed a QB after those six were gone? Easy for QBs to start falling in the draft order when that was a pretty good draft class with players that could fill positions of need for teams. The 24 class was lacking in DT/DE though. There were 6 QB's taken in the first round this year. Where would Milton be ranked if he were a year younger and entering the draft this year?
Conversely, would he have lasted until the 6th round if there had not been such a plethora of good QB's last year?
Market value, QB needy team will spend more draft capitol, or cap money, on a FA. Even a bad one, or less than great.
All good. I just find amusement in it. More just to see how close I or others can be.No predictions from me. I just want to sit back and enjoy, free from expectations. Why predict how high up into mediocrity they can get? If they are better than mediocre, great, but predicting more is just stating a wish.
All good I was just stating my anti-opinion and not suggesting others shouldn't do it. Just because I think the exercise is fruitless, doesn't mean I can't see others enjoying it.All good. I just find amusement in it. More just to see how close I or others can be.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Are you on record predicting "0 points against " for the season? If, they gel, of course. If this defense gels, Opponents will find that scoring against it will be like climbing Everest in a blizzard.
If the offense can give Maye an extra second or two and the WRs can run proper routes because of that extra time, the Patriots will be able to outscore their opponents. Not by a landslide, but they'll have the weapons to score.
