The fact that they are talking is a positive turn. I find it unsettling that Allen and KCs agent just had their first face to face meeting after 2 years of negotiations.

Yeah, the first face to face meeting in 2 years kinda did jump off the page and smack the shit outta me as well. Another smack, if accurate, was that Snyder is getting personally involved and seems to be of a pro-Cousins mindset. If that is the case. The first contract comes up in 4 or 5 years. Do you believe age is more important than experience when it comes to potential? I would say less experience could mean more potential, in which case KC has more potential than Carr.

I would disagree with that statement. Yes, you do not pay a 38 CB a huge sum of money over a 28 year old that isn't as good. A 29 year old QB vs a 26 year old QB just doesn't matter.

How about a 28 yr old QB vs another 28 yr old QB because that is what we are talking about in this situation. In August it will be 29 vs 28. I agree with you.
