WHOA, WHOA!!

Wouldn't go so far as saying he's an immense talent (not at the NHL level anyway).

Even with Stephen Hawking's brain this guy would hardly be the second coming of Bernie Parent.

He has seemingly matured too; not taking anabolic steroids will do that to you. Unfortunately side effects from his performance enhancing (this is debatable) drug binge gave him an injury that has greatly reduced his athleticism.

From a purely mechanical standpoint, as a goalie, he was/is very good. He doesn't have a tendency to over react, and he realizes his glove is faster moving up, so he carries it low. He can track the play well, and is pretty efficient with his movement. He can instinctively do things that a lot of guys never can, even with training.
