Absolutely impossible not to ponder...

1- What would happen to Alex Smith? How would his career go?

2- Who would be our QB today? Stafford? Jamarcus?!!! (Imagine that one)

3- Would we have taken Vernon Davis the next year?

4- How would Braylon's career panned out here?

You get the idea, the questions are endless...yet interesting to propose because we see how one single action affected the outcomes of so many others.

After that who knows, tough to say how our much our record would have changed....

Oh boy.

Free agent Braylon Edwards could end up facing legal trouble for his role in a fight that broke out at a Birmingham, Michigan bar over the weekend.
Two members of Edwards' now infamous entourage allegedly assaulted bar employees with knives and forks (seriously). Edwards wasn't arrested at time because police were concentrating on breaking up the fight, but two of his cousins have been charged with felonious assault. A statement from the bar indicates Edwards was involved, perhaps an instigator. Edwards is still on probation for assault in Cleveland, so he has more than just his free agent value on the line here.

I hope his legal trouble blows over. The more I think about it his addition would at least make our wide reciever corp. look respectable. (we may lead the league in drops)

Well he did cut it down to 4 drops last season which ain't too shabby. But him, Crabs, and Morgan would be alright.

Gosh! What a waste of talent! Most of us would give anything to be in his shoes right now. Well, not from the legal standpoint, but from an opportunity perspective!
