Not that a sprained knee is a good thing, but when it happened, I thought it was potentially much worse than that.

My initial thought was I hope it's not his femur. It's one of the most dangerous bones in the body to break. A lot of veins and arteries right there, so yes, a sprained knee looks great in comparison.
