The Warriors were playing 4 on 5 all night offensively, which allowed the Rockets to pressure the ball relentlessly. When they threw the ball to Bell or Looney, all they could do with it was kick it back out to one of the guards.

When Iggy catches the ball in those spots, he is hitting a cutter or attacking the basket.

The Rockets are not capable of applying the pressure that won them games 4 and 5 if Iggy is in the court. Totally different game.

I saw Durant in game 5 miss a lot of shots he normally makes and Curry in game 4 was just awful bricking at least 4 3s in the last few minutes of that game. I think it had a lot to do with pressure they felt because neither guy scored more than 4 points in either of those 4th quarters.
They could have gone to an inside presence with McGee or West to open up those outside shots as well but they didn't. There were a lot of options other than Iguodala.

West and Young provide offense.

Looney, Bell, Livingston and Cook provide defense.

Iggy provides both. They needed Iggy's facilitating and ball handling without the defensive drop off they would have had with West.
