You could also choose to look at the glass half full side if you want.

You know, success with undrafted players is a feather in the cap for talent scouts and player development.

And it is noteworthy. Because nobody else does it like Miami.

Yeah seems like this is giving the Heat credit

Sweet more bulletin board material. Any chance the heat isn't up for game 4 is now out the window

I disagree.

The Heat are 1 win form the Finals led by Jimmy and a cast of characters who many could have been on that Twolves practice squad.

The talent gap is immense.

Even Bam was drafted in the teens. He wasn’t regarded as a high end prospect, yet now he is one of the top bigs in the league.

Miami is here because they do more with less, better than anyone.

Might be stale for you, but not stale for the national audience.

You know, because nobody ever talks about the Heat!

And they are building a blue print underdog teams will try to follow for years.

Scrappy, together, confident.

Can accomplish a lot that way.

Duncan Robinson played a key part of the bubble run

Gabe and Strus were both key guys in the run last season. Strus started damn near the entire playoffs.

I'm sure they were on the same undrafted crap last year as well

Because it isn’t crap.

Name 1 other good team that has this many undrafted guys playing key roles.

Tatum is pretty darn clutch.

Can't expect him to do it every game though.

I'm not really sure what it is with Boston. I think they're the better team in this series and I thought they were the better team against Golden State last year. They have periods where they look unbeatable, and they have lapses where they just fall apart as a team.
They don't have a leader. No one has matured enough with all of their success during the regular season to reach to them in the playoffs and they all expect Tatum to start hitting five or six three pointers every time they fall behind.

Tink what this team would be like with a Lebron, Butler or even Chris Paul or Durant. Someone mature enough and with the winning history to kick thse kids in the ass.

That and a coach that knows how to coach players and not beg players.

You are missing the point lol. It is crap because they are vets now. What are we going to do? 3 years from now if Miami making another deep run with the assistance of Caleb, Max/Gabe, and Dunc bring up the undrafted garbage when guys are nearing their 10th year in the league? Being undrafted when you are in the league nearly 5 years already and at minimum is a part of your 2nd very deep playoffs run is completely irrelevant. These guys are seasoned vets now with a ton of playoffs experience. Im sure these guys are close to or above 30+ games in the playoffs by now
