That’s why he was drafted where he was drafted. He never had any shot of being a two way player. Credit to Brunson for taking his offense to the level he has but he was always going to be a terrible defender.

To say nobody talking about it is just a lie though. If you turn on the tv during/after Knicks games or the next morning all people are talking about is the Knicks defense and primarily his lack of defense. Perk just called him mini Luka 2 days ago

Or can just go on Twitter after the games and see people ripping Brunson and other Knicks for lack of defense

That's what I'm thinking, but these playoffs have been wild, lots of huge comebacks and surprises. Just hope it's not a blowout. I voted for Pacers in 6 because I thought for sure the Knicks would at least split the first two in NY.

You say he's not a strategist. You also say that he doesn't prepare them in practice. There isn't that much else there left to coaching. You don't do those things then you are an awful coach. You have said it without coming out and saying it.

Just because he gets fired doesn't mean he was bad and that you were right. Let's see the Knicks find a better coach. The pool of those is not very large.
