Me thinks Owen Daniels looks slow running routes, but it is only 2 games.

Crash is right. He's never been known for a speedy Te. Finding the open seam, good hands and good repore with his qb. I will say though he has dropped a few he used to make. Also, in his defense, Manning has missed a wide open Daniel's a few times and at least one in end zone. He's definitely not the same guy he was before but I have feeling once that offense starts to click, he's going to make some plays for them.

I don't see why Daniels wouldn't be open in the Red Zone - when you consider the coverage DT and Manny Sanders would draw.

Kubiak's philosophy on vets and training camp - really didn't allow the Broncos practice much together offensively to start the season. This is startling only because it was so obvious. What Kubiak hopes to get out of it are fresher troops later in the season and an offense that comes together at the end.

If what we are seeing as Bronco fans is a Defense playing aggressively and and offense that is learning to walk and the Broncos win that way - it is a huge and ballsy move. It really only stands to reason that this offense will improve over the season - all of which - would combine to make the Broncos very dangerous in the playoffs.

i want to see Virgil unleashed. Not sure what's going on with him. His blocking, which is his forte, looks suspect. I'm hoping it's just these guys still learning the system. Maybe crash is right, we need to lure Gibbs back and expedite this learning experiment if we are going to do it properly

Nice looking place, fellas. Might have to stick around this time. :) The family is good...had some health issues with my youngest that appear to be behind us now. Anyways, haven't been posting but have definitely still been lurking. ;)

Right. I know Daniels doesn't have speed, but he looks REALLY slow this year. He looks like an old man running a route. I didn't mean that he was normally fast.

Good to hear Ben. Family is precious and hopefully all the health scares are in the past.

Alex Gibbs is the best thing that ever happened to football. I can't get over him. Can't move on until we sign him back. Go Alex Gibbs!
