He had good hands, and I think his drops are a little overrated. He didn't exactly have great passers throwing to him. If he's our 2nd pick in this draft, I'm OK. His speed and quickness are elite.
No doubt he's a burner. I wanted Reagor as my burner. Either way, traded will happen with Howie. I will even expect a big surprise at some point tonight.

I do not want Hamler. I realize he's your hometown favorite from PSU, but he doesn't have great hands.

His hands are note elite......but I wouldn't say they are that bad either. Having his speed stretching the field would be a huge plus. Somebody else the "D" will constantly have to watch when he is on the field as he can take it to the house on any play

Rumor heard on WIP, that Becton may fall in round 1, due to history of drugs, and weight control.

Tee Higgens on ABC news being interviewed about tonight's draft. Seems like a good dude. As a Buckeye fan, I hate Clemson!:D

I would cart wheel my ass to the podium if he fell to our pick. If we landed him, omg.

Using cocaine to control his weight?

That would just mean he's smart.

He's right in the mix bunched in with Reagor, Aiyuk, Mims etc ... in a trade down scenario. Who knows though, maybe the Eagles like him at 21 ... all a guessing game.

That dude's a monster ... still needs some coaching up, but potential to be a dominant player is through the roof. He throws people like rag dolls and he's mobile on top of it.

Did anyone see over on the NFL main board that Jerrah will be doing the draft by himself. I can only wish he won't listen to his evaluators. This is gonna be good if true. The Boys seem to draft very well in their first round.

Throwing this out there. Let's say Eagles stand pay at 21 and all top four ERs are off the board. Let's say they love Rest of and have him high on their board. Would you risk moving back let's say 3-4 spots, etc or do you take him at 21? I'm asking because I just saw Zierline wrote a column on this.

Clemson LB/S ISAIAH SIMMONS may be slipping out of the top 10 due to some teams not really sure of where to use him best. I can see him as a perfect fit for the Eagles system (where they prefer LB hybrids) in a trade up if we didn't need WR so badly.

There is a rumor that we may trade Andrew Dillard and 21 to the Jets to get 11 and presumably Lamb. Under this plan we would also possibly then trade for Trent Williams from Washington for presumably a second, third or fourth rounder.

That would shock me, but some of the Philly writers say they Eagles have soured on Dillard, considering him soft, and want to flip him sooner rather than later.

Guh. Just processing this and I don’t want to go negative but this scenario would involve the Eagles spending draft capital tonight on positions that should already be taken care of when Agoholor and Dillard were taken.

I don't think they've soured on Dillard. It's simply an opportunity to get the best(?) WR is the class.
They are not going to get Williams for a second. More likely is they would bring back Peters and bring along Mailata. The concern with that is Mailata has spent time on the IR in each of the last two years.
But it is an interesting idea.

Color me skeptical on the rumor but just sharing it.

There is also a rumor that we would trade 21, Rasul Douglas and another pick for 11. That would probably involve the 2nd or 3rd rounder. Makes more sense to me. Howie is said to love CeeDee Lamb.

I don’t blame him to be honest. In my very humble opinion I think he’s the player in the draft that is the most dangerous with the ball in his hands.
My own personal rank in terms of Eagles fits (I think they need a guy who draws a safety wherever he goes) would be
1. Lamb
2. Ruggs
3. Jeudy
4. Jefferson
5. Reagor
6. Ayiuk

I'd take Ruggs over Lamb.

Honestly, I wouldn’t die on that hill arguing the other side. I would add Jeudy to that list too. Splitting hairs. I think with the right QB they all could be perennial All Pros.
