I need a bit more convincing10-4, but the first part is true too

I don't discount that Oline is a need, but if the draft falls the way it looks like it's headed: 2Wrs, 5Qbs, TE, OT, then Dallas at #10 would be able to pick the top defensive player off the board. Hard to pass that up.First pick needs to be O-line IMO. I like Pitts but we just made a huge investment in Dak and he's coming off a bad injury, so we need to get him some protection. We also need to get our running game going again.
Doesn't sound like Pitts will be there at 10 anyway and definitely don't favor trading up for him.
First pick does not have to be o-line. DB and Safety are more critical needs. However, if a stud O-line man is there at 10, I would have no issue going there.First pick needs to be O-line IMO. so the10 pick is considered automatic starter so which of Smith or Collins do we sit if we take Slater or another tackleFirst pick does not have to be o-line. DB and Safety are more critical needs. However, if a stud O-line man is there at 10, I would have no issue going there.
Do you trust Collins and really Smith to not miss large chunks of playing time?so the10 pick is considered automatic starter so which of Smith or Collins do we sit if we take Slater or another tackle
Williams sits and either Slater or Collins slots in at guard. That's assuming Smith's back doesn't explode during camp. You know and I know Smith isn't playing a full season and beyond this season who knows what to expect.Do you trust Collins and really Smith to not miss large chunks of playing time?
B I N G OWilliams sits and either Slater or Collins slots in at guard.
Yep, we don't need a shiney new toy on offense at 10.B I N G O
However....I still prefer defense at 10 but I'll be less pissed if we take OT over TE
TE is a pure Jerry move and we don't win shit when Jerry stirs the drink
Slater or Sewell could play LG. I know that some think Connor William's was good last season. He was not that great IMO and he got destroyed by the Redskins, Eagles, and Giants. I think McGovern is better than Williamsso the10 pick is considered automatic starter so which of Smith or Collins do we sit if we take Slater or another tackle
Nah, too close to TeboHeard today on local sports talk Devine Deablo was a rising safety who could be had in the 3rd, maybe 4th
6'2, 226 runs a 4.4
Maybe I just love the name....we'll see
good choices but not absolute needs while CB and Safety, even DL are absolute needs. with our 4 picks in the first 100 picks (10, 44, 75 and 99) I auld pick CB, S, DL first, second and third and maybe then pick OLSlater or Sewell could play LG. I still don't get the sense that the FO are actively seeking to plunge for a safety high in this draft. If we get one I'll be ecstatic, I just imagine we will go the 5th-7th round approach for it. And its a damn shame if it breaks that way because I see a lot of prospects that can help us (better players than we have on the current roster). But they will likely be gone on day 3.good choices but not absolute needs while CB and Safety, even DL are absolute needs. with our 4 picks in the first 100 picks (10, 44, 75 and 99) I auld pick CB, S, DL first, second and third and maybe then pick OL
And then next off season and draft we will having the same discussion about the safety positionI still don't get the sense that the FO are actively seeking to plunge for a safety high in this draft. DT, LB, and CB I think are what we are after, with OL a distant 4th and S/DE after that. After Diggs fell to us in the 2nd last year, I can see us not forcing the pick at 10. Who knows what will be there, but I don't see us making the pick. My gut feeling is we land in the 14th-18th area and wind up with a pick to help our DL.
Or we draft next season with that same OL issuesAnd then next off season and draft we will having the same discussion about the safety position
Maybe but right now we have OL in Smith and Collins and and Martin and Williams and Biadicz and McGovern and Nzekle(?). Plus Steele and 1 or 2 more. While at Safety position we’ve got ?.Or we draft next season with that same OL issues
IMO, outside of QB, RB, and WR this team can go with BPA.Maybe but right now we have OL in Smith and Collins and and Martin and Williams and Biadicz and McGovern and Nzekle(?). Plus Steele and 1 or 2 more. While at Safety position we’ve got ?.
I think we should address the OL but not at 10 or 44 or maybe even 75 but can see us going after OT, OG and maybe even OC in the middle rounds
we have too many holes to fix all in one draft
At 10 if OT is the BPA on our board. I would rather go with OT. (or trade back some)Maybe but right now we have OL in Smith and Collins and and Martin and Williams and Biadicz and McGovern and Nzekle(?). Plus Steele and 1 or 2 more. While at Safety position we’ve got ?.

The safety I want seems to be dropping. All I saw when I watched was a playmaker. That is why they are paid the big bucks I guess. What safety are you looking at??At 10 if OT is the BPA on our board. I would rather go with OT. (or trade back some)
There is a safety I would love to land, but we would have to end up in the late 20's or early 30's to get him. Right now I dont see a scenario where we do that.
No safety but if Surtain or Horn is still there when 10 comes up there are BPA in my book and if Holland is there at 44 same thingAt 10 if OT is the BPA on our board. I would rather go with OT. (or trade back some)
